The purpose of this Program Instruction is to transmit a copy of the minimum social adult day services specific requirements that must be monitored in accordance with the program monitoring requirements of the New York State Office for the Aging and to advise area agencies of technical changes to monitoring service requirements for social adult day programs contained in 95-TAM-05. The administrative and service requirements are included in 9 NYCRR §6654.20 Services – Social Adult Day Care Programs.
