NYSOFA Intrastate Funding Formula (IFF)
As required by the Older Americans Act (OAA), Section 305(a)(2), the NYS Office for the Aging (NYSOFA) has updated the Intrastate Funding Formula (IFF) or “allocation formula” that is used to allocate federal funding to New York’s 59 Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs).
The updated formula is published here for review and public comment to maintain public transparency of how these funds are allocated and as required by the OAA. This is not a Request for Application (RFA) for funding; it is an opportunity for the public to submit written comment to [email protected] by the Due Date and Time listed below.
