The purpose of this Program Instruction is to inform all AAAs that administer the SCSEP through NYSOFA funded authorized positions as a sub-recipient of state grantee funds of NYSOFA’s policy for allowable administrative and programmatic costs under the state Title V grant. All AAAs that administer SCSEP through NYSOFA funded authorized positions must comply with this PI immediately. Compliance with this PI will be verified during SCSEP monitoring visits.
