The purpose of this technical assistance memorandum is to provide AAA’s with additional information on the Attachment C process which is a required component of the Four Year Plan or Annual Update and the mechanism by which the AAAs notify NYSOFA of major changes that occur during the year. The additional information transmitted in this TAM includes questions for the AAAs to address related to the operations of a Private Pay Option for Aging Network Services.
