The purpose of this Program Instruction is to provide guidance and to identify required actions that must be taken by any NY Connects partner that chooses to provide direct access into its NY Connects Workflow Path in the Statewide Client Data System hosted by PeerPlace to another NY Connects partner in the same county. Actions enabled by this guidance are limited to the NY Connects Workflow Path only. For purposes of this Program Instruction, NY Connects partners include Area Agencies on Aging (AAA), Local Departments of Social Services (LDSS), and Independent Living Centers (ILCs) under contract with the New York State Office for the Aging and their subcontractors.
