Strolling by beautiful produce at farmers’ markets is a wonderful way to reconnect our minds and bodies to sources of local nourishment. The colors and smells of fresh fruit and vegetables excite the senses, reminding us that the foods our bodies need often bring joy to our meals. Visiting a farmer’s market is also a great way to get physical activity!
