07-PI-01 New SCSEP Income Guidelines and Eligibility Determination Policies

The purpose of this program instruction is to transmit the revised income guidelines and eligibility determination policies issued in the United States Department of Labor Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL…12-06) dated December 28, 2006. Also, to transmit the revised New York State Office for the Aging SCSEP Applicant’s Confidential Income Statement (for optional use).

Information contained in this confidential statement is used to determine eligibility for enrollment in the Senior Community Service Employment Program. This information is required by federal regulation.
