The purpose of this Program Instruction is to award each Area Agency on Aging (AAA) year-end supplements received from the Administration for Community Living (ACL) under Titles III-C-2 and III-E and transmit the final FFY 2017 Title III allocation including all transfers and supplements. Review the final allocations schedules attached and submit to NYSOFA budget modification requests which include all FFY 2017 final allocation levels, all final FFY 2016 carryover funds, and all necessary line item adjustments.
