NYSOFA’s partnership with Blooming Health and its community engagement platform has enhanced connections between older adults and their local Offices for Aging, working to overcome technological barriers, language differences, or geographic isolation in rural areas.
Blooming Health is available only through participating counties/offices and subject to the availability of funding.
