Upcoming: "A Week of a Life of a AAA: Ensuring Access for All" Webinar Series

The Northeast ADA Center, in partnership with the New York State Office for Aging (NYSOFA), is providing two webinars for the aging services provider network on key considerations and obligations for providers to be aware of under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

These webinars will discuss specific ways the ADA applies in areas such as caregiver services, needs assessments, health promotion programs, transportation, outreach, public hearings, and congregate meals, among others, and provide strategies to assist with meeting your agency's ADA obligations when providing these services.

A Week in the Life of AAA: Ensuring Access for All Part 1
Focus areas will include an overview of the titles of the ADA, program accessibility obligations, and scenarios focused on: needs assessments, transportation, caregiver services, and public hearings.
